This position will focus on customer service for One BU in JM China commercial team. Job expectations will centre around the ability to do sales data summarizing and analysis.
Principal accountabilities:
1.Administrative arrangements for customers’ visit. 2.Refining evaluation samples tracking and management. 3.Provide the support for bidding quote requirements include bidding documents preparing. 4.Helping sales manager do data analysis 5.Assist sales manager for customer feedback survey. 6.Collect invoices for your team's cell phone bills and send them to finance for reimbursement. 7.Other customer services’ backup if need. 8.Communication with operation team for sales/customers. 9.Organize and arrange team building 10.Procurement of stationery and other related supplies 11.Liaise with industry associations and handle industry conferences
Qualifications/ knowledge/ experience
1.Excellent English & Chinese written and oral communication skills 2.University degree 3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4.Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build relationship with customers. 5.Proficient in the use of SAP system 6.Good at data analysis 7.Microsoft office software skill and PPT skill.
