Job Description 1. Responsible for the planning and development of the company's QMS management system. 2. Perform quality audits and assessments of supplier factories, perform quality controls on parts received from local suppliers, with support from operation team when needed. 3. Draft Quality Plans for local suppliers with support of customers / supplier and engineering team. Ensure that these quality plans are followed by local suppliers. 4. Quality inspection of finished products, including inspection of appearance, size, performance, durability and reliability. 5. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements. 6. Deal with nonconforming products, including identification, isolation, prevention of unintended use, and submit to the nonconforming product testing institution for review. 7. Record inspection data, conduct regular statistics and analysis, and put forward suggestions for quality improvement. 8. Assist to deal with customer complaints about quality problems, ensure timely feedback and resolution. 9. Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, etc., to ensure that they understand and improve product problems. 10. Lead the internal audit of the company system and track the continuous improvement of non-compliance 11. Liaise with local with external certification bodies when needed 12. Develop and follow internal policies and procedures related to production safety and environmental protection. 13. Supervise and organize all functional departments of the company to implement safety and environmental protection measures in production and business activities 14. Organize and supervise the regular safety inspection, risk analysis, and be responsible for the safety training of employees. 15. Responsible for the company's safety prevention, inspection, supervision and management, including but not limited to the operation of fire facilities, on-site EHS inspection, safety hazards investigation and correction of illegal operations. 16. Participate in the handling of safety accidents and work-related injuries, conduct accident cause investigation, submit treatment reports, and promote the implementation of corrective actions. 17. Participate in the formulation and implementation of EHS training plan, organize safety inspection, safety education and certificate management of special operators. 18. Receive the audit of the security business by relevant agencies, such as the inspection and audit of administrative authorities, customers and third-party audit organizations. Requirement : 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electronic majors. 2. 5-10 years working experience. 3. Hardworking, organized and able to work effectively under pressure. 4. Good communication skills. 5. Excellent English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing. 6.
