职位概述 This incumbent is to maintain existing client and develop new client in CPS domestic area, take responsibility to achieve individual sales targets and team work with cooperation department.
岗位职责 1. Reach the individual sales target. (50%) 2. Give positive influence to team and support team to reach team target; (10%) 3. Give strategy idea according to new business opportunity/ business trend. (15%) 4. Maintain interaction with target customers, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, visits, etc(5%) 5. Compliance to the sales management regulation, including punctual activity report, weekly report, monthly outlook, action plan and obey the conflict management rules; (5%) 6. Cooperate with other group/department to provide high quality to clients; (10%) 7. Perform assignment as required by Team leader.( 5%)
任职条件 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. At least 5 years’ experience in sales area. At least 3 years of sales experience in TIC or related industries. 3. Industry experience and experience serving brand clients are preferred; Priority for have brand client resource in the China market; 4. Familiar with consumer product testing standards and processes, have relevant industry knowledge. 5. Strong verbal and written Communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English; 6. Target oriented, possessing self motivation and learning abilities, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure; 7. Open-minded and a team player; 8. Full of energy, strong sense of responsibility; 9. Strong project management skills, good customer communication and negotiation skills. 10. Strong market analysis and strategy development skills.
