Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1. Co-work with design team to deliver process spec
2. Design and conduct experiment with selective etcher and generate technical reports;
3. Conduct detailed data analysis to demonstrate process and system feasibility;
4. Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specification;
5. Co-work closly with customer to deliver competitive process results and secure new business opportunities;
6. Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing;
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Key requirement 资历要求 :
1. PhD or Master in chemistry, physics and material science.
2. 4+ years of semiconductor industry experiences
3. Working experience on selective etcher is required(Certas, Selectra, etc.)
4. ICP etch related experience and logic process experience is a plus;
5. Be able to solve complex process and productivity issues;
6. Good at English writing and reading;
7. Good communication skill and strong team spirit;
8. Self motivated, proactive and hardworking
