Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Manager to join our dynamic transformation team. This role will play a critical part in implementing and driving transformation strategies across the APAC region. The Transformation Manager will lead cross-functional projects, ensure successful change management, and help optimize business processes to drive long-term growth and agility. Key Responsibilities: 61 Lead Regional Transformation Initiatives: Work with the global transformation team and regional leaders to design, implement, and drive transformation projects across the APAC region. 61 Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within finance and business operations. Implement strategic changes to improve efficiency, agility, and overall performance. 61 Project and Change Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to execution and post-implementation. Develop change management plans to support adoption of new processes across multiple teams. 61 Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with various teams (finance, operations, data analysis) and local business units to drive transformation initiatives and support business objectives. 61 Strategic Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the local transformation team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to support transformation initiatives. 61 Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and track the success of transformation initiatives. Key Qualifications: 61 A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, project management, or transformation roles, with a proven track record of driving change. 61 Strong background in finance and experience in managing large-scale projects with an APAC scope. 61 Experience in transformation projects is highly preferred. 61 Expertise in project management and change management methodologies. 61 Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 61 Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to use data-driven insights to influence business decisions. 61 Experience working in Big 4 companies
