Position: Product Owner
Report to: Senior R&D Manager
Working Location: Shanghai

Job Summary:
This role is part of the product owner team and responsible for the development of the industrial wireless.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product strategy for industrial wireless device with the product manager team
- Responsible for analyzing, structuring and prioritizing customer requirements
- Responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of assigned projects with product manager and development team
- Responsible for the cross-function coordination to ensure the projects smoothly go through define, design, validation, and manufacturing
- Responsible for the daily project operation, schedule management and risk handling
- Work across functions and across countries teams to fulfill project scope, delivery, schedule, budget, and quality
- Responsible for supporting product manager team in launching new products
- coordinate with other product owners in global team

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor or above degree in electrical engineering or related major
- Previous experience as a Product owner/Architect for Wireless products in a large global enterprise
- Good knowledge and experience in product development of IEEE 802.11 and 5G NR/LTE devices in industrial automation
- Solid foundation on project management operation techniques (e.g. review hosting, report generation, risk analysis/management), PSPO certification is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills to work with cross function, cross country team,
- A proven fast learner, self-motivated, willing to take challenges
- Fluent in English/Chinese speaking
