工作内容: 1、负责订单处理,包括但不限于订单输入、特殊订单提醒与跟进、订单动态把握与协调等。 Deal with order handling, including but not limited order input, customized order remind & follow up, dynamic status of order, etc. 2、负责产品发货的协调与处理,包括协调生产部、财务部、物流部等相关部门。 Coordinate and handle sales delivery issues, including coordinating operation department, finance department, logistics department and other related department. 3、负责有关文件、合同、公函等的起草,上报销售总监审核。 Take responsible for drafting documents, contracts, official letter, etc., and submit to Sales Director to check or approve. 4、协助销售总监管理有关销售渠道(经销商和最终客户)文件体系的更新与日常维护。 Assist Sales Director to update and daily maintenance for systematic documents of sales channels (distributors and end user) . 5、管理好销售部门的所有文件,做好归档。 Manage all the documents for sales department and file well. 6、完成公司要求的有关文件和报告以及上级要求的其它任务。 Complete related documents & reports required by the company, other tasks required by superiors.
任职要求: 1、计算机或文秘相关专业大专及以上学历,经验丰富者学历可适当放宽。 Computing or secretary related major, college degree or above. For experienced, his/her educational background may be appropriate to relax. 2、3年及以上销售助理经验。 3 years or more sales assist experiences. 3、具有一定的英语读写能力。 Have a certain ability in reading and writing English. 4、工作认真,积极主动,耐心细致,外资经历尤佳。 High sense of responsibility, proactive, patient, experience in foreign-captial enterprises is a plus. 5、具备较强的沟通协调能力。 Good communication, coordination ability.
