Responsibility：
Opportunity finding
1 Support team to analyze the BOM cost, and cost breakdown to find opportunities.
2 Raise ideas to increase product competitiveness considering the perspective of supplier chain, design, process, etc.
3 Support CFT team to provide solutions to resolve technical problems.
4 Organize technical sharing with CFT.

Product development
1 Overall plan for the execution of new ideas
2 Responsible for risk assessment and CPA for new ideas
3 Work out validation plan together with GDA/RDA
4 Lead tasks of drawing (2D,3D), tolerance calculation, simulation, sample building, testing according to the plan.
5 Support IE to evaluate the process feasibility for mass production.
6 Support SWAT buyer to find proper suppliers, lead the TFCs with new suppliers.
7 Lead the local design review if needed.
8 Participant in the global design review if needed.
9 Complete other tasks related to product development.
10. Lead global feasibility study project if needed

1 Acknowledge new skills, new knowledge to raise better ideas and execution.
2 Continuously improve the capability of cost structure, benchmark, new technology, new process, etc.
3 Continuously communicate with stakeholders including other departments, plants, internal customers, suppliers, global teams, to get support from them.
4 Be sensitive to the market trend, be familiar with ALV products, be close with internal customers.

Required：
1） 5年以上制造行业相关工作经验Over 5 years in relevant industry;
2） 有较强的分析、管理和协调能力Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination;
3） 熟练掌握，运用APQP管理项目开发 Good skill to develop new project at APQP basis;
4） 能熟练运用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等质量管理工具Good at tools of quality management such as SPC, MSA, PFMEA;
5） 语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE，AutoCAD Good English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE, AutoCAD
