Job Tasks 1、To book with carrier followed allocation and shipping instructions. 2、Provide/update sailing schedule to branch office and overseas. 3、To make container loading plan and ensure the best container utilization 4、Tracking on board and transit time, update all delay or abnormal situation to branch or related parties timely. 5、To support Line manager on space, price, operation issue. 6、To support Line manager on new consol lane implementation and development. 7、To closely work with branches and overseas to minimize the co-loading. 8、To closely work with carriers, trucking vendors, warehouse vendors ensure operation excellence and cost control. 9、To liaise with other dept and proactively solve the gateway operation issue. 10、Perform all tasks/activities within SOP. 11、Ensure/push all related data are entered into Hellogic/CargoWise timely and accurately. 12、Take up additional tasks as required to meet department’s needs. 13、Checking carriers / Vendor invoice timely and make sure the rates are correct, and report to supervisor/manager if any irregular. 14、Ensure HWL system safety, cannot use other staff’s ID for any proposal. 15、Other duties as arranged by the Head of Department
Requirements 1、Able to work in a diverse environment and cultures. 2、Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4、Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive. 5、College level or above 6、3-5 years Seafreight LCL operation experience 7、Language skills: Fluent Mandarin and English both oral and writing.
