1. Job Summary：
主要工作内容概述：
Wardrobe attendant is responsible for setting costumes ready for the performance, assisting cast members with costume changes at backstage, maintaining and repairing all the costumes, accessories and shoes they are responsible for as required.
服化员的职责包括但不限于为演出预置服装，协助演员在后台进行快速换装，并且对所负责的所有服装，配饰以及鞋类等，按照要求进行维护，保养以及修缮。

2. Key duties and responsibilities：
主要工作职责：
（1）Provide costume support for the daily operations of the show and assist with any costume-related issues;
为演出的日常运营提供服装支持，并协助解决与服装有关的任何问题;
（2）Cooperate with the performance to preset clothes, assist the actors to dress and change clothes quickly;
配合演出进行服装预置，协助演员着装及快速换装等;
（3）Maintain and repair damaged clothing, accessories and footwear;
维护修补破损的服装，配饰以及鞋类等;
（4）Do measurement and assist the actor to try on clothes;
帮演员量体、协助演员试装等;
（5）Clean, arrange and return clothes and related accessories according to the requirements of work tasks. Washing, including but not limited to disinfection, scrubbing, hand washing, machine washing, drying, ironing, folding clothes, etc., and putting all clothes and accessories back in place and hanging or placing them as required;
按照工作任务要求，清洗，整理和归还服装及相关配饰。洗涤，包括但不限于：消毒、擦洗、手洗、机洗、烘干、熨烫、折叠服装等，以及将所有服装和配饰等归位并按要求挂好或放置;
（6）Receive items from vendors, check quantity and quality update records as needed. Inventory and documentary as required;
接收来自工厂或其他物流的物品，检查数量和质量，协助做好文件登记，并确保类型和尺码正确;
（7）Regularly take stock of materials in the clothing department and update relevant documents;
定期盘点服装部门物资并更新相关文件;
（8）Assist in organizing space related to clothing and complete other tasks assigned;
协助整理与服装相关的空间，并完成分配的其他任务;
（9）Provide any support to the department related to clothing work.
为部门提供与服装工作相关的任何支持。

3. Knowledge, skills and education required：
必备的知识、技能和教育背景：
（1）Good at communication, positive attitude and good teamwork ability;
善于沟通、态度积极、具备优秀的团队合作能力;
（2）Have sewing and manual skills, and be proficient in using sewing machines;
具备缝纫和手工技能，能熟练使用缝纫机;
（3）Minimum 1 year wardrobe experience in show business preferred, immersive show experience is a big plus.;
一年以上剧场演出服装部门工作经验，沉浸式演出工作经验尤佳;
（4）Ability to work at nights, weekends and holiday periods;
能接受晚班和节假日工作;
（5）A degree in theatre field, costume design, fashion design preferred;
有剧场领域，服装设计专业学位者优先;
（6）Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
熟练运用计算机和办公软件;
（7）Fluent in Mandarin, basic English preferred.
普通话流利，掌握基本英语口语者优先。
