JOB RESPONSIBILITES - Take ownership of the order to cash process with accuracy and efficiency to meet customer on time in full delivery requirements, and proactively and timely response to order exceptions, customer complaint/requirement, taking lead to work on solutions. - Manage 3PL’s performance to ensure they provide a sustainable and good service, drive KPI improvement. - Develop and maintain a mutually beneficial relationships with our customers, understand their unmet needs and capture insight and transfer into actionable solutions / improvements. - Partner with cross functional team to work out an optimized way to meet customer's needs. - Develop and maintain a mutually beneficial relationships with our partners (includes 3PLs, relevant business and cross functional groups, etc.), act as bridge among various parties to solve issues timely. - Continually improving supply chain processes and platforms to significantly reduce touches, re-work, hand-offs, and other wasteful activities across the value chains.
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor or above. - 3 years+ working experience in customer service or other supply chain related area, chemical background will be a plus. - Proficiency in verbal and written Korean, good English in both writing and oral. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Good analytical skill, critical thinking. - Good sense at seeking the best knowledge, raise the opportunity to improve or optimize the existing process to create value to the organization. - Proven ownership, contribution mindset and has ability to work under pressure when needed. - Proven quick learning ability, embrace innovation/automation/transformation. - Solid SAP/ERP knowledge will be a plus. - Good economic thinking will be a plus. - Experience in logistics (warehousing, transportation, etc) will be a plus - System (Salesforce, TM, SAP, Power BI) super user experience will be a plus. 工作职责: - 准确、高效地掌握订单到收款流程,满足客户按时足额交货要求,主动及时响应订单异常、客户投诉/要求,带头制定解决方案。 - 管理 3PL 的绩效,以确保他们提供可持续和良好的服务,推动 KPI 改进。 - 与客户建立并维护互惠互利的关系,了解他们未满足的需求,并获取见解并转化为可行的解决方案/改进。 - 与跨职能团队合作,制定出满足客户需求的优化方法。 - 与我们的合作伙伴(包括 3PL、相关业务和跨职能团队等)建立和维护互惠互利的关系,充当各方之间的桥梁,及时解决问题。 - 不断改进供应链流程和平台,以显著减少整个价值链中的接触、返工、交接和其他浪费活动 。
