Overview: Be responsible for the operation of OUP online flagship store in various platforms, including JD, Douyin and Pinduoduo.
- Responsible for e-commerce TP operation key successful factors including GMV, turnover and profit. - Work out the ecosystem map with all the distributors, including the exclusive and non-exclusive, work with them to maximize the value of OUP products. - Optimize the online sales ecosystem with other colleagues who are responsible for key accounts and new media KOLs. - Be the bridge of the market need and all the product managers and editorial teams globally.
Requirements: * Have solid experience of promoting new products/star products through various e-commerce platforms with good ROI. * Have user thinking sense and be able to analyse specific market needs. Has insight of the e-commerce market trend. * Ability to set up and manage the good business relationship with influencers from various platforms. * Ability to work with product managers to create adapted products according to market needs. * Bachelor’s degree above with business/marketing/ as a preference. * Have advanced Excel skills for e-commerce operation
