85Provide high quality medical and surgical care to surgical in- and out-patients. 85Perform independent surgery on privileged cases in consultation with the CMO and the Chief of GS. 85Work closely with the Chief of GS in supporting departmental goals. 85Perform daily patient rounds for his/her own patients and/or other patients belongs to the surgical service according to the schedule proposed by the Chief of GS. Review subjective and objective findings including labs, diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains. 85Provides patient education related to procedures, medications, therapeutic goals, etc. 85Meet standards of professional conduct and courtesy. 85Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner, establish and maintain records, reports and statistical data. 85Equally share call/coverage duties with surgical colleagues to insure JIH has 24 hours’ surgical coverage. 85Collaborate with other consultants in the establishment of diagnoses and treatments of therapies and discharge needs both in the inpatient and outpatient setting, Assist other consultants on surgical cases when necessary. 85Work at maintaining a good and a cooperative working relationship with physicians, departments and the other hospital staff. 85Work on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other surgical team members and CMO. 85Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested. 85Participate in fellow training when requested. 85Attend MAO-physician meeting, departmental meeting, grand round, committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for. 85Be responsible for own working hours and arrangement of the annual leave. 85Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients. 85Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy. 85Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner.
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES：
85Completed degree from and accredited Chinese or international medical university. 85Completed full training in general surgery in and accredited training program either in China or abroad. 85At lease 3-5 years’ clinical surgical experience.
