Job specification: 1.Prepare construction method statement, manpower plan, construction equipment plan and schedule during project bidding stage. 2.Supervise contractors on job site for quality, safety and schedule. 3.Quantity verification of progress. 4.Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems. 5.Coordinates with related department and public authorities to solve the project issues. 6.Implementation of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process. 7.To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines to each project. 8.Perform leadership and direction within project execution team;
Key qualification: 1.Bachelor Degree or above in Electromechanical or Civil Engineering background. 2.Minimum 8 years industrial construction experience. 3.Verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English. 4.Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control and cost control. 5.Knowledge Microsoft project planner. Other requirements: 1.Negotiable and attractive reimbursement package. 2.At least three project CM experiences.
