61 E-store VIC or potential customers operation, including DG official website, Wechat/Potential Market place, plan and execute daily operation to achieve sales target or selling potential. 61 Build relationships and work with logistic team and store sales associates to curate a selection of products available for purchase by our customers daily 61 Much like an influencer, you will build a loyal clientele through follower count on DG official website marketplace and customer service via app 61 Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries (pre and post events) through chat via app 61 Develop long lasting relationships with sales associates and customers that lead to an increase in sales 61 Create and manage your customers communication/ film/live streaming/ store & office time schedule, with regards to what store/event to visit and length of time spent at each location.
E-Merchandising & E-Marketing: 61 Work with ECOM calendar & Site planning and planning for weekly Live Steaming calendar together with EC operation, Merchandiser team. 61 Cooperate with EC operation team to film short video for key products according market trend opportunity, special theme for storytelling, in main social media (Red book, Douyin, etc. )
Others: 61 Support Operation team for storytelling to improve the customers shopping behavior through local adoption of CHINA SITE , base on CN market trend 61 Optimize user interaction and seek for finding the customer insight, together with internal CRM / Retail Campus & external CS team.
Requirements: 89 4-5+ years of Personal shopper relevant experience on well-known brand 89 Strong passion for shopping, fashion, style and luxury goods, Italian Culture 89 Comfortable in front of the camera (on screen personality) 89 Strong product knowledge in the luxury space as well as trends 89 Good execution ability, able to work in a complex organizational environment 89 Team player with patience, result driven, could work with different departments including brand, logistics, retail, etc. 89 Good Chinese capability, English or Italian will be plus
