b) 任职要求/ Requirements 1) 大专或者本科学历,熟悉行政人事管理事务,了解财务会计相关知识和采购、物流、以及供应商管理相关的流程。 College or bachelor above, be familiar with Admin & HR management affairs, understand financial accounting related knowledge, and procurement, logistics, supplier management related processes. 2) 三年以上建筑业行政人事管理经验,或五年以上其他行业行政管理经验。 Over 3 years of admin & HR management experience in construction industry,or 5 years above experience of management for administrates in other industries. 3)证明能够具有解决问题和独立工作的能力。 Be able to solve problems and work independently. 4)高度的洞察力,良好的组织、沟通、协调能力,流利的英语沟通及写作能力。 Have high degree of insight, good organization, communication, coordination skills, communicating and writing skills in English. 5) 熟悉ISO 9001质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系标准。 Familiar with ISO 9001 quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system standards.
