Job Purpose: The Marketing and Admissions Supervisor at YCIS Shanghai will be responsible for implementing marketing and admissions strategies and admissions channel development to increase the visibility and enrollment of the school. This role requires an outgoing and pleasant thinker who can effectively promote our high-quality education to the target market with a strategic approach to both prospective families and external partners. Major Responsibilities: 1.Admissions Channel Development Explore and develop relationships with local communities, high-end compounds, international education partners, relocation and real estate agencies to enhance the school’s reputation and reach within the target market, as well as attracting leads for student recruitment. Collaborate with key stakeholders to organize admissions activities for partners to generate referrals and leads for student recruitment. 2.Campus Marketing and Storytelling: Collaborate with academic team to identify and highlight noteworthy academic projects and success stories. Create captivating content, including articles, videos and social media posts to enage current and prospective families, together with the school MAD team. Safeguard the consistent messaging and visual identity across the campuses by collaborating with the marketing teams of YCIS Shanghai and YCYW Education Network Conduct basic brand guidelines training to other functions and teams when needed 3.Admissions Support school admissions events, such as info session, open day, school fairs, etc., to effectively promote the school to prospective families. Collaborate with academic team to conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective families, with the accurate and up-to-date school information. 4.Others Coordinate or support other projects and tasks as required Skills required: 1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in an international school or an educational institution with international working environment 2. Good knowledge of international education trends and best practices 3. Rich event planning and management experience 4. Strong storytelling and content creation skills and experience 5. Bilingual skills and international experience are must-to-have 6. Excellent English and Chinese language proficiency, able to use both languages to write and edit 7. Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team 8. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
