1. Responsible for Outsourcing wafer fab、Assembly & Test (OSAT)、package design supplier quality performance and quality interface.
2. Coordinate supplier quality issue handling, including customer issues and drive case closure through 8D approach within targeted date.
3. Conduct regular audits in subcon & supplier sites to drive process、system、product quality improvement and major issue fix; handle customer audits properly to meet customer’s expectation; closely follow up discrepancy/finding closure.
4. Work with engineering team to qualify new wafer /package/process/material with APQP process and PPAP compliance.
6. Upgrade supplier performance assessment criteria; conduct quarterly ranking and rating and organize QBR review with key Subcon/Suppliers.
7.Dispose nonconforming/maverick material properly and timely; coordinate the responsibility confirmation and CoPQ compensation with internal team and supplier/Subcon due to quality accidents.
8. Conduct supplier audits/surveys to ensure quality/environment/SER requirement compliance and drive continuous improvements; handle customer inquiry with Subcon/Supplier hazard substance management and RoHS/REACH test report updates.
9.Get involved in the selection and qualification of new OSAT supplier to meet company business needs. Set up new AVL supplier and maintain AVL list according to company policy and working flow.
10.Drive consolidation strategy of OSAT and service providers based on the performance and spending; phase out poor performance OSAT and service providers.
任职要求：
1. 20 years of real working experience covering wafer fab、assembly & test 、package design capability.
2 10 years Sr. SQE manager working for large IDM company.
3. Auditor qualification: certified ITAF16949/VDA6.3 External Auditor.
4. Proficient in English and Chinese, other language like Korean & Japanese is advantage.
5. Must be travel freely, frequently under quick development to audit any foundries and OSAT vendors, anywhere in china & outside china.
