工作职责：
1.协助资深工程师进行幕墙的结构设计；
2.协助资深工程师绘制幕墙的设计图纸；
3.收集幕墙材料信息，与供应商联络提供幕墙材料样品，调研新材料并撰写报告；
4.协助资深工程师准备幕墙设计报告；
5.日常技术文件管理工作。

职位要求：
1.具有1-2年幕墙设计经验，有幕墙顾问单位工作经验优先；
2.本科及以上学历，建筑和土木相关专业；
3.熟练使用AutoCAD, Rhino等绘图和BIM设计软件，了解基础的幕墙计算，熟悉常规的幕墙材料；
4.具有良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧，有良好的团队协作和服务意识，富有责任心；
5.参与过中等规模或以上的幕墙项目，可以辅助项目主管参加会议和汇报，具有英语沟通能力优先。


Responsibilities:
1.To assist senior engineer with structural analysis of facade.
2.To assist senior engineer with preparing of facade detail drawing.
3.To research and assemble engineering material information, contact material supplier to provide sample, research new material & prepare research report.
4.To assist senior engineer to prepare facade design report.
5.Daily documentation control.

Requirements:
1.1-2 years’ experience in Facade design, experience in consulting firm is preferred.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
3.Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino and BIM design software, understanding basic Facade calculation, familiar with conventional Facade materials.
4.Good language skills and communication skills, holding a good sense of teamwork and service, full of responsibility.
5.Working experience in medium scale or above Facade projects, assist Project Manager to attend meetings and presentations, good English is preferred.
