POSITION SUMMARY The position will lead the Business development and help to grow the business and increase revenue. The candidates need to be strategic, goal-oriented, and comfortable with networking, because they’ll constantly be pursuing new sales opportunities.
The candidates should be comfortable with multitasking and able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
This position is able to handle pressure, cross functional coordination and drive for results.
KEY PERFORMANCE 61 Develop strategies and business plans for meeting growth and revenue milestones, Visit clients to identify opportunities for growth and manage renewal negotiations. 61 Maintain and execute strategies to drive business in existing markets and intercompany business 61 Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all account stakeholders 61 Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business planning strategy and NEV roadmap. 61 Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts. 61 Maintains professional and technical knowledge in business pursuit.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONS 61 Bachelor's degree, major in Engineering preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE 61 7+ years previous account management experience, NEV background preferred. 61 Willingness and ability to travel 61 Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role 61 Strong communication and interpersonal skills 61 Focused and goal-oriented
COMMUNICATION/COMPUTER SKILL 61 Effective at defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts. 61 Proficient at developing trip reports, general business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to questions from Management and/or Customers. 61 Fluent English speaking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 61 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
