Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with Innovation strategy, commitments and goals. Core of the role is to end-to-end project leadership from strategic opportunity identification, through ideation and concept development to commercialization through the Innovation gate process.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 61 Identify and develop the potential white space, cross-segment innovation concepts by working with internal partners and suppliers, customers, academic institutes and startups. 61 Work with global partners and internal function heads to lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization’s innovation strategy. 61 Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas, guiding teams through the concept development phase. 61 Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. 61 Implement project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals. 61 Prepare and present regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and results. 61 Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 61 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly within an innovation or product development context. 61 Be familiar with regulation and registration of medical devices is a plus. 61 Strong understanding of the innovation process, including ideation, concept development, and commercialization. 61 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 61 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 61 Proficiency in English at a business fluent level. 61 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
