Key Responsibilities: 61 To ensure physical movement of goods happens in a timely and cost-effective manner 61 To keep track of all relevant documentation, such as BLs, CoA, CoO, Warehouse Releases etc and ensure that regulations and formalities are adhered to 61 To be aware of significant issues within the contracts handled including: o Aged stock o Hedging/Pricing o Exposures o Compliance 61 To seek out and maintain relationships with key people within IXM and with our external service providers 61 To arrange financing for new trades and ensure financing banks receive updates as required 61 To follow our various internal execution KPI’s 61 To arrange payments to/from customers/suppliers and monitor cash flows 61 To ensure efficient allocation of material within contractual terms
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 61 1-4 years’ experience in a traffic, logistics or similar role within the metals or commodities industry 61 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 61 Strong numerical and IT literacy including Microsoft Office products and commodities front office systems 61 Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and under pressure 61 Bachelor’s degree
