本职位负责中压成套产品的市场分析、产品推广、国内外项目的报价及销售支持等相关工作; 主要聚焦在数据中心及其相关行业 The primary function of the position is to provide the market analysis, product promotion, bidding and sales support on related MV assembly product;Mainly focus on Data Center and the related segment
A. 投标文件的审阅及技术澄清; B. 根据项目的要求提供最优解决方案并列出配置清单; C. 基于行业及市场分析,提供有竞争力的投标价格; D. 配合标书团队完成符合客户要求的商务及技术标书 E. 协调相关部门优化产品,降低成本; F. 持续优化报价工具及配置清单以保证精确的成本和合理的利润; G. 支持COE团队解决所需的客户非标方案及工程设计; H. 提供销售技术支持与培训以提高市场机会; I. 跟踪投标结果并进行中标/丢标分析以提高整体项目的中标率; J. 基于中压成套产品的技术特点,提供客户及销售所需的前端技术方案;
A. Review bidding documents and clarify technical issues by communicating with sales and customers. B. Offer competitive solution and typical configurations based on project requirement. C. Target commercial price with competition analysis based on market and segment situation. D. Support bidding team to complete commercial and technical bidding document. E. Drive cross-function team for cost reduction to increase product competence. F. Optimize the bidding tools and keep updating cost BOM along with VAVE activities to ensure accurate costing and proper margin. G. Support COE team on customer special requirements and engineering design if needed. H. Provide technical support and product training for sales or customers to enhance sales opportunities. I. Track bidding results and make win-loss analysis to improve hit-rate. J. Provide pre-sales technical solution to the customer based on our product specifications.
Qualifications:
1. 本科或以上,机电类专业;
2. 5年以上配电行业经验,熟悉中压成套产品及应用;
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering 2. 5+years’ experience in power distribution system, knowledge of MV assembly product and application
Proactive, initiative Good communication and coordination skills, good teamwork; Fluent English is preferred. Commercial bidding or design experiences for customers is preferred
