Key Responsibilities主要职责 1. Work with the team to achieve sales target 与团队合作达成销售目标 2. Promote the brand and be the brand ambassador 作为品牌大使,提升品牌形象 3. Maintain good relationship with the client 维护良好的客户关系 4. Support store operational works such as cash management, stock management, visual merchandising, etc 完成店铺营运类工作例如收银管理,库存管理,陈列等 5. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned 完成其它被分配的工作 Requirements要求 1. At least have minimum 2 year of sales experience in luxury or retail industry 至少拥有2年以上奢侈品或零售行业销售经验 2. Love to be part of the industry and to share or recommend good products to others 热爱奢侈品或零售行业,乐意分享及推荐产品给顾客 3. Have excellent in interpersonal & customer service skills and mindset 拥有良好的沟通技巧及顾客服务意识 4. Have pleasant, outgoing and optimistic personality; willing to learn and grow with the company 为人亲切、个性热情乐观、好学,愿意与公司一起成长 5. Have high responsibility sense and humble working attitude with integrity 为人责任心高,态度谦虚,诚信 6. Be a fast learner, quick pace to accept new environment, new changes and learn new knowledge 学习能力快,可以快速接受新环境,新变化及新信息 7. Be creative and curious to accept or try new technology information, such as live stream in Tik Tok and Taobao, online sales in WeChat mini program 创造力强,对于新科技具有好奇心例如抖音直播,淘宝直播,微信小程序销售 8. Have good problem-solving and multiple task management capabilities 有快速解决问题和完成管理多项工作能力 9. Have online selling experience such as selling experience in Taobao or live stream is a plus 有淘宝或各大直播平台在线销售经验优先考虑 10. Have English speaking or other foreign language speaking is a plus 有英文或其它外语会话能力优先考虑
