Responsibilities and Activities 61 Reach the sales target. Develop the new opportunities and win it, organize the other department to service for customer inquiry. 61 Implement the usual management of Global OEM 61 Make the sales plan of Global OEM with the support of line manager. 61 Implement the Global OEM strategy under the leadership of Sales & Marketing Manager. Collaborate with Global OEM team at Headquarter, Promote CASAPPA value for Global OEM in China. 61 Leverage company resources for better service & support to custometrs, such as technical training, service training, new application/products promotion, supply allocation, order management, inventory and AR control, market info sharing, co-visit to customer, management level communication and so on. 61 Ensure the effective business processes and seek for continuous improvement. 61 Be responsible for business reports and other projects assigned by the line-manager.
Working condition 61 Office in Shanghai
Requirement 61 Bachelor degree of Mechanical engineering or relevant subject. 61 5+ years’ hands on sales experience with Hydraulic and transmission background preferred in MNCs. 61 Very familiar with Mobile and ralative industries, such as Construction Machine, Material Handling, On-highway machine, Special Vehicle, Mining, oil/gas etc. 61 Excellent interpersonal skill; Ability of effective communication with different levels within customer’s organization. 61 Customer focus attitude, Self-motivated, Integrity objective. 61 Good team player, and hands on team management experience should be a priority. 61 Ability of account management and time management, hands on experience of project management should be a priority. 61 Ability of business analysis; Pre-sense to market trend 61 Frequent travel is required. 61 A good command of English; Computer skill on MS-office and database.
