Responsibilities: Develop and execute plans and programs for existing accounts in his/her geography to grow each account Develop strategies and tactics to gain new business Establishes, nurtures and grows client relationships at the appropriate levels Develops account plans and partnerships with key accounts Responsible for Opportunity Management and accurate pipeline forecasting
Requirements: Strong Leadership and management skill At least 8 to 10 years’ experience in business development related roles Bachelor in medicine, pharmacy and biology, preferably Master/Ph.D. in medicine, pharmacy and biology; Negotiation expertise Sound finance and business knowledge; MBA preferred Strong strategic mindset Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial attitude, i.e. combine strategic thinking with a result oriented, “hands-on making it happen” attitude Strong work ethic as well as the ability to thrive on interdisciplinary teams
