Provide technical support and solutions for service engineers regarding LC-MS & ECDS systems. Collaborate with the global technical support team to resolve sophisticated technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Drive the localization of after-sales support solutions for new products, ensuring they meet local market demands. Identify and drive improvements in instrument quality to enhance product reliability and user experience. Establish and maintain a local knowledge base, ensuring the accuracy and timely update of technical information. Organize and deliver technical training for engineers, enhancing the technical capabilities of the service team to align with business needs. Provide useful technical consulting services to other internal service departments, including setting safety stock levels and crafting service products. Write and update technical support documentation and training materials to ensure the transfer and sharing of technical knowledge. Participate in industry exhibitions and technical seminars to showcase company products and address technical inquiries. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with LC-MS & ECDS, familiar with the principles and applications of LC-MS systems & ECDS. Extensive experience in technical support and maintenance work, with a preference for those with R&D or after-sales support experience. Knowledge of chromatography techniques and data analysis software, including system configuration, data integration, and network setup. Superb communication, presentation, and documentation skills on both Chinese and English. Able to comprehend technical documents and communicate optimally with the global colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work independently under pressure. Know-how in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is a plus. Project management experience is a plus.
