Job Summary We are looking for a Material Manager who will be responsible for Materials Management for Pressure Management. The role will coordinate with partners, customers and teams to engage, understand and to give resolutions for daily materials and logistic process. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Ensure company import and export procedure comply with Government/Customs policy * Lead Material group to improve the material planning and work with supply chain/suppliers to fulfill customer order within promised date and mostly hit customer request date with balanced consideration on inventory level * Coordinate with Sales team and responsible for SIOP, Coordinate with Sales (AP/Local) group to get an accurate Sales forecast * Manage supplier performance and raise the signal for supplier on time delivery and quality performance improvement with supply chain and quality teams. Solve the issues of quantity, delivery times and corresponding impact problems for quality to satisfy customers. * Develop and implement site level inventory reduction process cross functionally through safety stock rule definition and create automated tools for buyer to monitor and manage safety stock/unallocated inventory/strand inventory etc timely, leading the initiatives through supply chain, production, SOM and PMO on raw material, WIP and finish goods level reduction * Develop and optimize Automated Master Planning system and work with production Dept for daily production arrangement and rough-cut capacity planning; support Sourcing Dept localization plan and execute the transfer plan; support new production line transfer and new product launch project * Drive material purchasing and planning digitalization to improve working speed and efficiency with headcount savings. Create continuously learning and improvement working environment with coaching and delegation to the teams for improvements * A great team player and take sales, SOM and PMO as internal customer with great support on order change, pull in, hold and cancel situation with right approach on inventory management * Other assignments required by line manager. Who You Are: You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You understand that different situations may call for different approaches. For This Role, You Will Need: * University degree in supplier chain or related field. * 5 years experience in material management in multinational manufacturing. * Good command of English and Office software. * Good communications, negotiation, people management and project management skills. * Must be a self starter & self motivated. * Great team spirit and open minded on self learning. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: * Flow control industries background is preferred. * Familiar with manufacturing company materials rules, codes . * Presentation skill is preferred. * Assertive, aggressive and confident.
