主要职责:
61 遵循全球营销策略,在全中国范围内规划、制定并在当地推动和执行相关的营销和公关计划及活动。
61 根据香港营销总部和中国董事总经理的协议,监督营销计划的实施和执行。
61 在所有产品线、宣传品和活动中建立并保持一致的企业形象/品牌。
61 与香港总部协调和管理中国的整个营销范围,包括公司的本地内容渠道、数字、社区参与、新产品发布广告、活动和展览。
61 确保所有数据和渠道的相关内容、复制质量和一致性。
61 负责实现指定产品和品牌在中国境内的营销目标。
61 进行市场消费者和竞争对手的市场研究并向营销主管和中国管理团队报告。
61 调整工具和材料,使销售团队能够有效运作。
61 与香港总部协调定期培训营销材料和洞察故事。
61 与中国各地的内部团队沟通,了解市场需求并提供***支持。
61 与营销总部和中国董事总经理合作管理当地营销预算。
61 根据投资回报管理并衡量营销活动成本。

61 处理和管理公关和媒体询问,以确保***程度的品牌和行业曝光。 根据需要与公关机构合作,提高媒体意识和与营销计划一致的机会。
61 与香港营销部合作制定符合品牌愿景和公司文化的内部营销策略和沟通。
61 管理和监督上海办事处的内部营销和沟通,包括员工福利活动和参与,此外向潜在新员工和新员工介绍公司和品牌。
61 管理和监督上海展厅的管理角色和职位,以确保展厅保持和维护符合品牌标准并与香港总部保持一致。

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Follow the Global Marketing Strategy to plan, develop and locally drive & execute relevant marketing & PR plans and campaigns within all of China.
61 Oversee the implementation and execution of the marketing plan in agreement with Marketing HQ in HK and China MD’s.
61 Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image/brand throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.
61 Coordinate and manage with HK HQ on the entire marketing spectrum for China, including the company’s local content channels, digital, community engagement, advertising new product launch, events and exhibitions.
61 Ensure relevant content, copy quality and consistency throughout all material and channels.
61 Responsible for achieving the marketing objectives for designated products and brands within China.
61 Conduct market consumer and competitors market research and report to head of market and China management team.
61 Adapt tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively.
61 Coordinate with HK on regular training for marketing materials & insight stories.
61 Communicate with internal teams in and across China, to understand market needs to best support.
61 Work with Head Office marketing and MDs to manage the local marketing budgets.
61 Manage and measure marketing campaign costs against ROI.
61 Plan and coordinate local in multiple yearly in house events combined with marketing campaigns for China.
61 Negotiate with local China media agencies and consultants and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials and content creation.
61 Monitor competitor products and marketing activities.
61 Maintain and manage with Hong Kong the local China website, and content.
61 Coordinate local photoshoots and videos and liaise with production agencies for final output.
61 Handle and manage PR and media enquiries to ensure maximum brand and industry exposure. Work with PR agency, as needed, to drive media awareness and opportunities that align to the marketing plan.
61 Work with HK Marketing on internal marketing strategies and communications that align with the brand vision and company culture.
61 Manage and oversee internal marketing and comms for the Shanghai office inclusive of staff welfare activities and engagement, in addition to introducing the company and brands to potential new joiners and new joiners.
61 Manage and oversee the Shanghai Showroom manage role and position to ensure the showroom is kept and maintained to brand standards and consistent with HK headquarters.
61 Handle any ad-hoc projects.

Required Skills:
61 Fluency in Mandarin & English - written/spoken.
61 At least 5 years’ marketing experience inclusive of online and offline channels
61 Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
61 Experience in copy/creative writing.
61 Strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities.
61 Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude.
61 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
61 Ability to suggest improvements and embrace change.
61 Detail oriented, organized and managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
61 Willingness to thrive in an international environment, with multiple language and time zones.
61 Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budget and priorities on every Project.
