Job Summary: The position is responsible for customer care activities of new/existing clients. Working and coordinating with multiple teams to handle the customer requests and ensure good service level. o Supporting sales department to provide professional services for new/existing clients. o Visiting new/existing clients with sales or related departments, to have a clearer understanding through offline meetings. o Handling clients inquires about online submission platform, systematic reports, or distribution results etc. o Communicating with internal departments efficiently, to make sure the issues/problems from clients would be resolved ASAP. o Having a good service awareness to level up clients’ satisfaction.
