We are looking for an Accountant who can work independently and accurately.
We expect you proactively follow up pending steps to fulfil the whole function.


Main tasks & Responsibilities / 主要任务和职责：
1. Project and SO creation, Review SO Price in ERP
2. Review customer payment, Shipment Release, release ERP Invoice and Billing VAT Invoice
3. Follow up Unbilled Shipment, Return goods and Credit invoice
4. AR Allocation payment from customer and review AR Aging Monthly Report
5. Credit control for all customer and background investigation for new customer
6. Monthly AR Reminder to Customer, Review and Follow up with Salesman for collect payment
7. Support for Sales team of questions and request from Customer
8. Review Sales Contracts to follow up contract terms for Billing and Collection
9. Maintain Customer and Vendor in ERP
10. Maintain BOM ensuring accuracy and completeness.
11. Closing Entries includes Commission, Accrual, Depreciation, Expense calculation etc
12. Reconciliations includes Revenue between ERP and Tax System, VAT OUT and IN Reconciliation
13. BS Reconciliation and follow up
14. ERP AP registration, review reimbursement
15. Treasury management and report , SAFE declaration
16. Upload P&L/ BS to and Prepare for Global Reporting
17. Monthly Tax filing and Government Statistic Monthly Report
18. Other Assign Task(Voucher Filing, Documents to support investigation etc)

Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
1. Bachelor degree preferred, major in Accounting and Finance
2. Good English in both writing and speaking
3. Above 3 years related working experience is preferred
4. Be familiar with Economic law and Contract law
5. Intermediate Accounting Certificate is preferred
6. Strong responsibility, team-work spirit and and willing to learn new knowledge and skills
7. Strong capability to work under pressure, and be sufficient detail and careful
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Attention to detail
10. With a strong sense of responsibility
11. Self-motivated, positive and Proactive ability, strong subjective initiative, able to continuously improve.
