工作职责 Objectives of the Position 61 Drive digital communications in China to promote BASF brand reputation and build trust 61 Drive optimal creation and utilization of contents to fit various communication channels with a focus on digital platforms
Main Tasks 1.Conceptualize and implement digital communication strategy in China 2.Manage the existing official corporate accounts at various digital platforms, monitor their performance and drive optimizations 3.Explore new social media platforms to strengthen the digital communication impact with target audience 4.Develop high quality digital content including text, infographics, audio-visual content for new media and social media by working with internal and external partners and ensure timely delivery 5.Coordinate members from different teams on digital deliverables 6.Identify and establish relations with we-media and KOLs on social platforms 7.Manage a content database available for multi-platform leverage, and drive full media communication integration as the content manager 8.Provide strategic advice to business units/ODs and other teams on digital communication activities 9.Act as one of the crisis contacts to monitor and respond to comments and inquiries 10.Act as the digital expert in the team and provide training and advice to teams. 11.Handle online inquires and support content drafting and localization if needed 12.Manage digital agencies where required
Job Requirements 1.At least 8 years' experience in social media and digital communications, ideally in the area of B2B sectors 2.Bachelor's degree and above in relevant disciplines 3.Demonstrate strong creativity and willingness to trial new communications formats, with track record of digital communication works 4.Good writing skills both in Chinese and English. The style has to fit into the environment of digital media 5.Strong ownership, good interpersonal communication skills, and work interpedently with multiple stakeholders 6.Project management skills and ability to manage cross-team projects
