岗位要求: +大专以上学历,2年以上零售运营工作经验优先。 +精通MS Office应用程序(Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。 +自我激励,良好的沟通技巧。 +对零售充满热情,能够在压力下工作,以积极的心态迎接挑战。 +积极主动、解决问题的态度。 +协作型员工和团队建设能力。 +较强的定量和分析能力。 Reporting: + Assist the line manager in preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, competitors brands analysis, any other report requested; + Collate and help to prepare staff related reports for performance tracking;
Store maintenance: + Understand, abide by and enforce all operational policies and procedures as dictated by the Store Operations policy, the Human Resources manual, and other related material; + Support in all the operation activities required for new shop openings and/or shop closures following the instruction of the line manager; + Coordinate logistics flow and physical stock replenishment; + Liaise with IT for support to store; + Assist store staff in handling regular customer complaints, escalations, etc. + Assist the line manager in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inter-store communication and audits;
Admin: +Handle payment and company stamp applications; +Consolidate and update roster and staff leave management +Support office admin operation activities, include but not limited to, office expense general claim, contact with relevant vendors and suppliers +Other relative Retail issues.
The must haves: + College’s degree and above, 2 years’ working experience of retail operation is preferred. + Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Self-motivated with good communication skills. + Passionate for retails, capable to work under pressure and embrace challenges with positive mindset. + Proactive and problem-solving attitude. + Collaborative worker and team building ability. + Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
