ABOUT YOUR ROLE: To leverage analytic tools and cross-functional partnership to consistently provide excellent service to a portfolio of Wholesale Accounts, through effective management of their seasonal orderbook, delivery schedule and intake planning, driving the achievement of functional and Brand's KPIs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Include but not limited to - To monitor the orderbook daily through appropriate analytic tools and drive the conversion of unshipped orders, with a view to meet both financial and supply chain targets, whilst understanding customer requirements and inventory position. Identify, mitigate and communicate risks in converting the demand. - To guide and support a portfolio of Wholesale Partners in planning their monthly intake in line with order and supply phasing, marketing campaigns, customers sell-through data, customer inventory position and sales trends, demonstrating business acumen, product knowledge and understanding of customers needs. - To act as the point of contact between Customers, Commercial Teams and Supply Chain teams to prevent possible issues, address customer needs and drive customer-friendly practices. - To manage overdue demand in line with set KPIs, stimulate discussion and action planning to re-direct or clear excess inventory, in partnership with Commercial and Supply Chain stakeholders.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: - You have strong analytical skills and customer-centric mindset. Preferably, you have previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management or Sales Operations. - You are curious and able to leverage your business knowledge and commercial acumen to drive profitability for both Wholesale Partners and VF Brands. - You are self-motivated and passionate about improving processes and achieving customer and business success. - You are able to problem-solve and take decisions independently as it pertains your area of responsibility. - You have strong communication skills and are able to articulate complex communications in a clear manner. - Language requirements - spoken and written English is a must
