Main Tasks: - To provide all administration and logistic support for the office Be responsible for reception of Office in working hours 87 Professionally answer daily phone calls, welcome business visitors 87 Provide efficient and warm internal services regarding mail and delivery services (DHL, EMS, SF…) and montyly settlement 87 Organize office property supply, utilization and maintenance in most efficient way 87 Proactively organize meeting rooms, pantry, …., to keep the total office environment clean, comfortable and professional. 87 Support in company events like Annual Dinner, outing, Biz Events… 87 Handle all other temporary work from the management
