ABOUT THE JOB Responsible for E-commerce portfolio management and new product/package development to drive sustainable business success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO 61 Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy for E-commerce channel, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. 61 Define and prioritize product features, specifications and pricing based on customer insights and market analysis. 61 Collaborate with design agency, process and technology team, regulatory team to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle. 61 Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery with high quality. 61 Work closely with EC marketing and EC key account team to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including promotional campaigns and product launches. 61 Stay up-to-dated with industry trends, consumer preferences and technological advancements related to confectionary and packaged foods. 61 Drive product innovation by proposing innovative ideas, flavors and packaging concept which resonate with target audience.
