Responsibilities: 1. Purchasing data consolidation and analysis and be able to present to the team and management, i.e. price, volume, spend, delivery performance, quality performance, etc. 2. Purchasing report and be able to present to the team and management, i.e. supply base, risk management, purchasing volume/value, delivery / quality performance, etc. 3. Market intelligence of raw material industry information, cost information, etc. 4. Maintain supplier information & cost database online, i.e. OA, SAP, etc. 5. Maintain and upload information to share folder, purchasing online platform, i.e. contract, supplier information, etc. 6. Lead intercompany purchasing related projects. 7. Collaboration with internal cross functional teams. 8. Potential to manage RFQ & sourcing for specific categories. 9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements: 1. Personality: 1) Ability to work self-dependent and goal oriented 2) Team player, flexible and self-motivated 2. Education: 1) Academic degree in business, data analysis, economics, management, finance or other comparable professional education within purchasing 3. Work experience: 1) 2-4 years’ experience in purchasing or supply chain departing of multinational company. Experience of automotive industry is a plus. 4. Skills: 1) Good PC, MS-Office and SAP knowledge 2) English can be used at working language, fluent English in speaking and writing. 3) Familiar with data analysis tool such as Power BI is a plus.
