1. 6 years+ marketing experience and experienced on end-to-end marketing skill. 2+ years as BD/ product marketing as mandatory. 2. Strategic and holistic thinking is a plus. 3. Good numeric and analytical skills on AC Nielson, Consumer Penal and other marketing data, with a strong ability to identify opportunities/issue connecting all data points. 4. Strong project management skills, able to plan effectively, deliver on time and delegate appropriately. 5. Excellent communication skill with internal and external team with strong teamwork mindset. 6. Experience in P&L management, commercially savvy with a good understanding of drivers of profitability, while keeping a consumer-first mindset 7. Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
