Responsibilities: 61 Provide secretarial support including - Coordinate/confirm all calendar matters, including internal and external meetings, establishing conference calls, and coordinating meetings over multiple time zones - Manage arrangements and trip tracking/oversight (flight, hotel, car, meeting coordination) and all related expense management - Taking meeting minutes - Circulate memoranda or correspondences and collect responses - Receiving telephone calls and delegating, actioning or escalating as appropriate - Work closely with other teams or external organizations on requests and emergency communications - Develop and maintain filing and archiving 61 Provide business support including - Organize events and functions related to business - To monitor and check all reports, including business expense reports, phone bills, leave applications, purchase requisitions and all relevant correspondences. - Any work related assignment by line manager
Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or above - 2+ years working experience as executive assistant - Accountable, proactive and quick learner - Ability to multi task and work under pressure - Be flexible, creative and open-minded - Good communication and interpersonal skill - Very good English language skills (oral and written) - Proficient in computer skill, including word, excel, PPT, etc.
