1. Study and provide broad views on the future Vaccine R&D and technology trending in healthcare industry; 2. Possess deep understanding of the general route for drug discovery and development life cycle; 3. Responsible for business development activities (market analysis, opportunity evaluation, business forecast, due diligence, etc.) of Vaccine products and Pipelines in Emerging Markets. 4. Prepare business presentations and reports on business development projects. 5. Understand company business strategy, products and solutions, promote sales opportunities in projects. 6. Attending marketing activities including exhibitions and given Webinars on particular subjects. 7. Perform potential business partner study and plan for strategic collaboration roadmap. 8. Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities and resource network from various routes. 9. Negotiation and meeting hosting for business development discussions; 10. Basic skill in draft and review of general MOU or other legal agreement. 11. Maintain professional relationship with business partners and key regional clients. 12. Achieve key business development targets set by the supervisor; 13. Willing to travel abroad on regular basis to meet with clients, partners and officials. 14. Adapt to work under pressure and multiple tasks. Qualification: 1. Master’s degree or above major in pharmacy, clinical medicine, or related field. 2. At least 5 years’ track record in consulting firm or pharmaceutical industry, preferably experienced in new product planning / business analysis. 3. Great written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skill. 4. Excellent commercial sense and strong financial knowledge.
