Responsibility 1) Partner with business leaders, and stakeholders to drive and enable sustainable function performance. Proactively form credible relationships to influence relevant decision-making 2) Familiar with corporate HR policies and processes, dedicate and support business to provide efficient and effective HR consultation & solutions by cooperation with HR CoE team. 3) Drive people agenda by applying broad HR skills in the areas of organization design and development, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, facilitation and communication. 4) Act as professional HR advisor to management team members to create positive and effective working relationships, build employee engagement, manage performance and attract, retain and develop talent in a collaborative environment. 5) Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels, and act as a liaison between employees and management to promote open communication and feedback 6) Serve as an advocate on behalf of all employees, solicits and listens to employee' concerns, and takes an active role in resolving problems.
Requirement 1) Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources 2) 6+ years working experiences in the area of HR, and 3 years working experience in MNC as HR business partner or HR generalist preferred. 3) Cross-cultural competence, strong communication/engaging skills 4) Explicit and well-defined customer orientation 5) Trustful and loyal in handling of high-confidentiality data/info. 6) Taking initiative, proactive and creative; 7) Good command of computer skills, Excel. Word, PPT etc.
