Key Responsibilities: 1. Focus on Indian market, establish and keep good relationship with clients to fully understand their roadmap, requirement and expansion plan in order to set right business strategy in time 2. Give the company and product division right information of Indian market, guidance and significantly influence the product development with business conduct closely 3. Investigate and estimate customers’ future needs. Turn the needs to become business by specific application penetration. 4. Assist the delivery of customers’ service commitments and develop the implementation of solutions to customer's problems. Meet current and future requirement of customer service. 5. Work closely with the company departments to ensure efficient communication and to drive improvement and growth strategies. 6. Work closely with the company departments, become the bridge between clients and factory. Follow up post-sales process, to make sure products can be delivered on time 7. Conduct market visit and research to collect market information and propose action plans; Collect relevant business information inside of India, including demand dynamics, industry applications, competitive business information. Support related marketing activities in India, including Indian exhibitions and shows. Key requirements 1. Bachelor degree and above 2. At least 3 years sales experience and client management experience in to B key accounts, technical, mechanical and solution sales is preferred. Excellent English and Hindi is a must, with good abilities in problem-solving, communication skills, data analysis and resilience. 3. Base in India; must be willing and able to travel 4. Self-motivated, strong team work spirit. Ability to communicate effectively 5. Understand Indian market 6. Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask. 7. Good team work spirit with passion and responsibility, display leadership skills and stand up aggressively to drive success with clients in the pursuit of results
