职位描述
Purpose of the position:
Strategic Leadership
1. Support VIANT’s global go-to-market strategy development, focusing on setting goals, identifying target audiences, and assessing market size and customer needs.
2. Support development of a robust value proposition, messaging refinement and structuring teams.
3. Support demand generation and pricing strategies creation, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Financial and Performance Management:
1. Implement the global strategy to meet financial KPIs, regularly monitoring and adjusting tactics in your region.
2. Utilize regional insights to prioritize product development in line with emerging market trends.

Business Development and Planning:
1. Develop business plans for new projects and R&D initiatives in your region.
2. Oversee the launch of new products and maintain an awareness of the competitive landscape in your region.

Market Intelligence and Sales Optimization:
1. Compile regional market intelligence.
2. Identify cross-selling opportunities and refine target segments.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for key strategic customers regionally.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Act as the primary liaison with the regional technology team.
2. Communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and manage strategic customer relationships, requiring regional travel ~ 30% of the time.

Education and professional skills:
1. Completed master’s degree in the field of chemistry, engineering or business administration, MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience in Business Development or similar environment.
3. Strong strategic thinking and conceptional skills, as well as demonstrated sales acumen and strong networking skills.
4. Strong project management skills, very good stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively across different hierarchies and geographies.
5. Highly motivated, self-starter, excellent organizational and people skills, flexibility to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time (including international travel).
6. Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills in English and Chinese.
7. Based in Shanghai.
