Summary: The main focus of this position will be the analysis of commercial occupier markets (including Office, Business Park, Retail and Logistic sectors) in China. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s production and delivery of research material. The role will establish a profound relationship with internal stakeholders as well as provide support to the China and APAC research platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build, maintain, update, and enhance East China property databases of occupier sectors on daily basis. 2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure on time submission and quality of research database and materials. 3. Assist in production of regular research reports and presentation materials for internal and external purposes. 4. Response to ad hoc internal and external requests on a timely and professional manner. 5. Assisting in the production of thought leadership papers. 6. Collaborates with business line leaders and senior managers to best meet business and client needs requiring research related intelligence. 7. Other duties may be assigned.
