工作职责：
1.VCU Calibration
Responsible for the VCU function testing and parameter calibration of the HV system
Develop testing and calibration standards and outlines
Responsible for planning and implementing hub testing, three height testing, and calibration
Responsible for calibrating and reporting the performance of the vehicle's systems, including power, economy, and comfort
2.Communicating
Responsible for communicating product requirements with system engineers and software engineers
3.Road Testing
Responsible for road testing and calibration of the systems
Responsible for seasonal vehicle testing, software related debugging and calibration, and issuing calibration reports.

任职要求：
1.Bachelor's degree and above preferred
2.Automotive engineering or mechanical(or electric) engineering preferred
3.5 years' related experience
4.Be familiar with CANoe tools
5.Good skills on MS office software
6.Communication skills with international exposure
