Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1.To manage the engineering department and to plan the engineering activities in line to the company annual goals
管理工程部门,并根据公司的年度目标来安排工程部的工作
2.Continue to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Engineering organization.
不断地提高工程部门的效率,组织效率和工作效率.
3.Contribute constructively to review and improve the plant process, capacity, product quality, safety etc. through engineering expertise at a reasonable cost.
提出有关设备操作能力,设备性能,产口质量和安全等有建设性的建议,并运用工程专业知识和使用合理的费用来实现.
4.Propose the engineering improvement activities and coach subordinates to complete.
提出设备改进计划并指导下属完成.
5.Taking initiative and liaise actively with stakeholders in project evaluation covering Technical and Operations evaluation and develop solution options at optimum economic manner
负责项目管理，积极主动和相关人员沟通，提出合理的解决办法
6.Mange the project progress to cover execution, installation, testing, commissioning, training, corrective action and satisfactory hand over to users
控制项目过程的步骤，使之从执行，安装，测试，改进直到交付给接收者。
7.Training, coaching and build up a capable team to support business development
培训及指导团队，建立一支有能力的团队来支持公司的业务
8.Encourage people to release and develop the potential capabilities
鼓励团队发展他们的能力
9.Implement lean methodology in the department.

Qualification 岗位资格
1.University graduated, Engineering major is preferred.
本科，工科类专业优先（机械、机电、化工机械与设备等）
2.Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, It is better have min. 5 mineral wool/ material industry working experience.
十年相关工作经验，其中***有至少5年矿物棉/材料行业工作经验
3.Good English in writing and speaking
良好的英语写作、听说能力
4.Strong and good health.
身体健康状况良好
5.Lean production and tool usage experience is a plus
精益生产及精益工具的熟练使用经验对工作有帮助
