Responsibilities: 1. Drive marketing initiatives on local platforms (e.g. WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu); 2. Stay up-to-date with local trends, ensuring transcreated content is relevant to the market; 3. Act as a point of contact for Chinese media related enquiries and respond as necessary; 4. Work closely with the Marketing functions in head office and Chinese agencies to transcreate and drive campaigns to launch new products or solutions; 5. Support local Chinese team with creating assets for local trade shows and events, ensuring alignment with ZIM brand; 6. Organize events held by industry associations, promote ZIM brand in the events; 7. Enforce brand guidelines wherever deviation is seen across the group; 8. Perform ad hoc customer service-related tasks as assigned by local management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications; 2. About 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably with experience in online and social media portals or digital marketing, experience in logistic industry is a plus; 3. Excellent command of Mandarin writing; 4. Strong English proficiency (level 6 or higher); 5. An analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to identify problems and conceptualism solutions; 6. Team-oriented, motivated by proactive collaboration across teams, functions and geographies; 7. Drive for results, willing to take ownership and follow through on deliverables; 8. In-depth knowledge of the Chinese market and its specific challenges and opportunities.
