1. Participate the overall supply Chain strategy, including China and oversea 2. Develop related KPIs and monitor the overall supply chain performance. 3. Maintain good cooperation and communication with sales, finance, marketing, regulatory and other functions to manage demand forecast. 4. Plan and Implement production plan of semi-finished and finished products to ensure product delivery, and manage the process from placing PO until products are available to sell in the market. 5. Manage inventory level on high effective and low cost 6. Organize the regular meeting with CMOs, and prepare the necessary documents for all relative stakeholders, and follow up the actions. 7. Manage and negotiate Agreement, Proposal, Protocol and Offers with CMOs to achieve EDDING’s target, also the cost must be considered. 8. Build and Maintain good relationships with CMOs, as representative as key window of EDDING with CMOs 9. Participate new product launch preparation, in term of packaging preparation, supply readiness and logistics coordination. 10. Maintain and Optimize Standard Operation Procedure and relative guideline on Supply Chain Minimum Education and Qualification Required: 1. Education: minimum Degree holder in supply chain, business administration or relatives 2. Work Experience: at least 3-5 years of relevant supply chain experience. 3. Technical and Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of supply Chain processes is required. Good Skill of Office Software 4. Language:Fluent English, clear and professional written and oral English communication Skill 5. Personality: Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment within all levels, and able to work both with international team and independently to deliver result.
