Main Responsibilities: - Sales 1. Develop and implement sales strategy, annual and sales incentive scheme to deliver max. sales results and expand market share 2. Responsible for sales budget and key account manager 3. Ensure high customers satisfaction 4. Work closely with HEP technical managers, global and local, to ensure successful customer design-ins. 5. Proactively follow the required sales processes developed by HEP, such as CRM-visit report, opportunity list, rolling forecast update and key account management. - New Business & Marketing: 1. Work closely with Global PPM to plan and execute China grow strategy 2. Identify and develop new customer/maintain the key account customer’s market share - Management: 1. Work with CS team closely to make sales operation excellent.
Qualifications: 1. The field of Electronic/New energy application background (Chemistry background plus will be preferred). 2. 10+ years sales in the electron industry and functional material related for automotive industry, in a leading multinational company 3. Must have a good understanding and proactive work attitude. Be careful, initiative, integrity and diligent. Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple projects. Logistic thinking and excellent communication. Be flexible to changing situation with negotiation and planning talent. 4. Frequent traveling required, Fluent in English, aggressive personality for business and strong problem-solving skills. 5. A team player with good communications and interpersonal skills.
