Responsibilities: HR: 1. Organize and administer the recruitment process (Candidates research, interview arrangement, applicant follow-up, probation periods, etc). 2. Manage the HR data (create and update records, staff attendance, annual leave, etc). Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. 3. Implement effective training and development plans. 4. Implement annual employee performance appraisal and new employees probation appraisal. 5. Prepare the monthly payroll, including basic salary, overtime payment, bonus, etc, to ensure accuracy. 6. Support on organizing the team activities and other employee events.
Admin: 1. Assist to maintain company facilities such as coffee machine, water fountain, copy machine, air-conditioning, etc. 2. Book air tickets, hotel, and other arrangements required. 3. General administration support to office operation.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role. 2. Formal Training/Certification in HR as a plus. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Quickly adopts and masters HR technology and tools. 5. Detail-oriented and well-organized with hands-on approach.
